The interview process moved pretty quickly with interviews being scheduled roughly 7 - 10 days apart. Starting with the recruiter, there were four rounds, one of which included two interviewers together. Everyone with whom I interviewed was prepared and knowledgeable about the role for which I was being considered. They had actually read my resume and did not make me feel belittled because of gaps particularly in this rough economy. We were able to have meaningful conversations about their expectations and how they aligned with my experience and professional goals. One of the things that struck me most about the interview process was how personable every single person was during the discussions. They were all high caliber talent in their roles and yet they brought a lot of humanity to the process. Coming from a different industry, it was great to really feel like I was really seen and heard. No red flags or even yellow flags in the interview process.

They moved really fast with multiple rounds of interviews. I didn't get an offer because they had already offered the position to someone else, and that person accepted it before I had a chance to talk to the hiring manager.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through six interviews with seven total team members, including a peer interview with the team I'd be joining. After everything, I was supposed to get an update by a specific date, but I didn't hear back. Eventually, I was told no and that they were starting over. It's clear they don't understand candidate experience or how to efficiently screen candidates without dedicating 5+ hours to conversations. Good luck finding the right person; I assume they'll have to go through 14 interviews.

Technical

A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, seeming very urgent but was disorganized and slow to respond. I was asked to complete an application, and then again after the interview. A week after the interview with no updates, I followed up and was told the position was filled. The recruiter's lack of organization and communication didn't reflect well.
