This whole thing kicked off with a chat with Juliana Valim, then another good talk with Denis Albuquerque. We were both seeing if it was a fit. Then, Yamid Cala got involved for the formal part, and we had a meeting to see if I matched the role and my career stage. Next, I gave a technical presentation about SD-WAN to Juliana and Denis, who acted like executives, to check my communication and tech skills. A big part was also passing the Fortinet Core Certification exam (FCP/NSE4). After that, I got an informal offer which I took. Then I sent documents to HireRight as Fortinet asked, and got the official offer. Yamid was super helpful all along, answering questions and guiding me.

Presentation

This was the best interview process I've experienced. The HR team was really attentive all the way through, and everything was excellent. All the interviews themselves were very good. The whole process might take a while, but HR always keeps you updated.

the interview was good, a bit tiring due to all the technical questions, it felt like a test. The manager was nice. The first part was about getting to know me, and the second part had scenario-based questions to see how I'd act in the job.
