The interview process was super fast and clear. Right from the start, they laid out the conditions, what the job entails, and what the next steps would be. Everything happened right on time, no wasted waiting, and all the info they gave was solid and made sense. Communication was good at every point, which showed they're really professional and serious about this.

It was 4 rounds of interviews. I spoke with the recruiter first, then a panel of hiring managers, then a panel of Senior managers, and finally the director in the last round. All the interview stages felt like a relaxed chat. I liked the interview process.

I went through several interviews that were spread out over a couple of months. No one from recruitment was ever involved, only sales leadership. I had to constantly follow up to find out when the next interview was happening. They even asked for references before making an offer. In the end, the role went to someone else. Frankly, the organization lacked professionalism and respect throughout the process.
