The interview process spanned about two weeks and consisted of three rounds. It started with an HR round where they asked basic questions about my expectations and availability, as well as the possible joining date and location. Following that, there was a technical interview with the hiring manager, and then another technical interview with the senior team members.

I have over 13 years of experience and have been through many interviews. This was the best interview process because of its human element. I requested a two-week extension for the technical round due to my move to Canada, and the recruiter and technical panel were understanding. The interview focused on my knowledge of technologies and fit for the role, rather than just certifications. I appreciate the company's culture and the recruiting team.

After applying for a general new grad position, I was interviewed for a DevOps role. The process began with a phone screen to discuss the company and job details. This was followed by a 48-hour take-home project. The next stage was an aptitude test, a mix of multiple-choice questions and some programming. The final stage was an in-person interview with three managers. One manager briefly commented on my take-home project, calling it 'pretty good'. The others focused on a C+ grade I received in a math course during my first semester in 2016, which felt odd and suggested a lack of preparation on their part. They also asked a few behavioral questions. The overall interview felt very rigid, with just a question and answer format. After this, I was ghosted.
