Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process at Fortinet was the best and most comprehensive I have ever experienced. They conducted a 360-degree evaluation of my technical, personal, and commercial skills in a respectful and collaborative environment, with a genuine interest in getting to know me and selecting the best candidate for the role. It was a pleasure speaking with all my interviewers, who brought great energy, clarity, and focus. They presented challenges and well-structured questions to assess my critical thinking and abilities, making the experience both enriching and motivating.

Behavioral Technical

I had 3 interviews. The hiring manager was really responsive and the whole thing took about a month. They're really interested in my previous experience and my ability to handle calls and cold-calling. It's not for everyone, but it's a great company that cares about its people.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for an internship role, and the interview process started with a phone call with an HR rep who asked general questions about me and my interests. This was followed by a video interview with the same HR person, where she asked behavioral questions. Then, I had a third interview with a senior business development executive, who asked questions specific to the role. He was pretty laid-back and friendly, but unfortunately, I didn't get the job.
