- Why are you interested in the role?
Account Manager
The first meeting, I was asked inappropriate personal questions unrelated to job skills. The second meeting, the interviewer was 20 minutes late and unapologetic. Interviewer communication seemed uncoordinated. I was told I might be better suited for an ISRAM role due to lack of experience in Belgium, despite this not being in the job description and being evident from my CV. Each interview required preparation and physical attendance, costing about €60 per round trip for travel, only to learn at the end I wasn't really considered for the role. This felt unprofessional and uncoordinated, reflecting poorly on Fortinet. This feedback is meant to improve the candidate experience.

Account Manager
I have to say, my experience with Fortinet's hiring process was really great. Right from the start, everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful. They laid out the whole process clearly, so I always knew what to expect, which made me feel really good and respected. A special shout-out to Giovanna for being so supportive, kind, and clear throughout. Her communication made everything feel so open and easy. Even outside the official interviews, I got a strong vibe of Fortinet's team culture, which I really liked and made me even more eager to join.
