Had a couple of phone screens and video interviews. Talked with HR first, then some team folks, and then leadership. Some of it was about culture fit, then they checked my technical skills with software and PM stuff, and finally talked with leadership about the future.

I interviewed with the SA manager and director. If you pass that, you're asked to scope and build out a Dev org for a potential client. This is a big task that can take 4-16 hours because you're building a solution with a lot of requirements. The interview process itself went fine. If you have experience, it's not too hard. The main negative point was the compensation discussion. When I stated my expected salary range, it seemed to offend them. The amount was appropriate for someone with multiple years of experience as an architect. There was no follow-up after the interview. After spending 20 hours on an interview, the least they could do is thank you for your time and let you know their decision.
