So, I had a general interview with 6 interviewers where we talked about values, my background, and self-introduction. After that, there was a teamwork activity where each person took turns observing and working together to assemble LEGOs in another room.

I had a call with a recruiter who explained the company's strategic goals well. It was a nice chat. Then, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager two days later. This interview was surprisingly generic, and I didn't get to show how my 20 years of experience fit the role. I didn't get a clear idea of the hiring manager's team's responsibilities. It was a bit boring and confusing, making me less interested. The job description and the recruiter's talk were way more engaging.
