I applied through my university's career services and about a week or two later, they called me to set up an interview. I spoke with the Director of Payment Operations and the Director of Operations. It felt like a pretty standard interview. A few days after that, they called me with a job offer, which I accepted.

I interviewed with the manager and assistant manager. It felt like there were about 10 pages of questions, but probably not that many. They were very professional and said they would let me know if I got the position, which I thought was great because not all companies do that.

So first there was a phone screen, and then I went for an on-site interview with a panel of people who currently work there. After that, they did a drug screening and a background check, and checked my references. Once all that was good, I started with the training team.
