I had an on-campus interview. Two employees in the program, who have only been at the company for less than a year, conducted it. I thought it was strange they had new hires interviewing when an interview should be a two-way street. The interview itself was relaxed and conversational. The interviewers were friendly and created a nice atmosphere. If you pass the on-campus interview, they arrange a hotel in the city for an on-site interview. I'm still waiting to hear about the next steps after my first interview a couple of days ago!
