Revenue Collector
Got an email to set up an in person interview. Interviewed by 3 people who took notes while I spoke. Got a call a few days later with a job offer and salary details. Salary was lower due to lack of direct tax experience, despite my business admin degree and accounting courses. Declined because my current job pays more.
- What's your approach to dealing with an angry customer upset about late tax fees or confused about tax regulations?
Social Worker
There were 3 employees interviewing me, plus myself. The whole thing took less than an hour. I had to do a timed writing sample after the interviews. They also asked me to send over my last performance review from my previous job.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What challenges have you faced?
- Describe your previous experience.
Client Services Coordinator
You'll have an interview with 2 to 3 people, likely 1 from HR, 1 Director, and 1 other person. They'll ask you standard interview questions like 'What are your strengths and weaknesses?' Make sure you have answers ready and be prepared to elaborate on yourself beyond the basic responses.
- How would you manage situations with clients experiencing trauma, who might be unaware of the services they need and exhibit anger, sadness, confusion, fear, bluntness, or mental instability?
Park Supervisor
I interviewed with the park manager, assistant director of parks and rec. department and HR representative. They asked a lot of questions and scenarios, but it was a comfortable environment and I never felt like I was being interrogated. Overall, it was a positive experience.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle an angry customer. What steps did you take to resolve it?
