It started with a phone screen, then a panel interview over MS Teams. Following that, I had about half a day of on-site interviews with the team, and then a final interview on Teams with the VP and other leadership. It was a good, interactive experience with a lot of based interviews. I didn't get to meet the finance audit side though or fully understand some of the bigger team dynamics.

Started with a call from a staffing agency, then met with the IT Director one-on-one. After that, I met with the teams I would be managing. This was a group interview in a conference room where they each had questions for me. No formal follow-up from the manager after the interview.

The interview process was really smooth and they made decisions pretty fast. It was a virtual interview because of the pandemic, but it still felt like a good interview where I learned about the company culture and how they're handling COVID-19.
