Applied online and then had a phone screen with the HR Assistant. After that, I interviewed with the HR Director, then the CFO, and finally the CEO. There was an office visit where I was asked skills questions and situational questions. The whole process took about 2 weeks. They made an offer, and no negotiation was needed. I gave 2 weeks notice.
