Creative Designer
The process was divided into two phases. The first was with HR, in English. The second stage was with the art director, where previous work was evaluated. Most of the questions were about soft skills and culture. Each one lasted about 40 minutes.
- Is it important for you to work at a company that participates in awards and stays current with the market?
Accountant
1st was an HR screener with some in-depth questions, they were very polite. 2nd was with the Controller, it was super informal and I basically asked all the questions. The Controller didn't ask me anything. She called her staff lazy, but honestly she seems lazy for not wanting to deal with them. 3rd was with the CFO, he hadn't even looked at my resume so I had to go over my entire resume with him. He was really polite and thorough, and it was pretty formal. After the last interview, the head of HR emailed me a couple of times saying they were still interested but hadn't decided. I figured these emails were just to keep me hanging on while they made offers to others. Eventually they got to me and I turned them down.
- Could you detail each role listed on your resume for me?
UX/UI Designer
Initial chat with HR, then another interview with a team designer where I presented my portfolio. After that, a third interview with the design lead to discuss projects and I presented one portfolio work.
- Regarding a project in my portfolio, which design guidelines did I follow?
