Behavioral Technical

I sent my resume to the company through an internal referral. About a week later, I had a phone interview with four people: one factory manager and three other technical staff. They asked me to introduce myself and talk about my Ph.D. research. They also asked why I chose their company and if I knew what they do. Some behavior questions came up, like the most difficult part of my Ph.D. and my weaknesses. There were also technical questions related to my research. They let me ask questions about the company and the job. I got very nice feedback from them.
