It was a pretty straightforward interview process. They used to have a test where you had to read rulers and stuff like that, but they don't do that anymore. They do a drug screen with a urinalysis after the interview.

I got referred by my university's career services for this role. It took about two weeks for HR to get back to me for a phone screen. Then, they had me come in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and one of his teammates. The interview went for about an hour, and they took turns asking questions. The hiring manager mostly asked high-level and behavioral questions, but the colleague asked a bunch of technical and reasoning questions. While the phone screen and the interview itself were pretty standard and nice, the whole process felt way too long for me, especially since it was around the holidays. I emailed HR about two weeks after the interview to check on the status and just got a one-sentence automated email back saying, 'No decision has been made yet.' After another two weeks of no news, I finally got the automated rejection email.

It started with a casual chat, then a formal interview with the director and head. After that, I had to create a presentation on a given topic. They gave me feedback throughout and asked for my thoughts on things. Then, I had a Skype interview with Fletcher Buildings, the parent company. Finally, I had to do a health screening and a drug/alcohol test.
