There was a phone screen first. Then I went in for an in-person interview. The main person interviewing me was a junior engineer, with less than 2 years of experience, and they were quite aggressive. There were also two QA people, but only one seemed engaged. The engineer asked a lot of academic questions and wanted me to review some code and give feedback. It was strange that my previous experience wasn't really discussed, especially for a senior role. After that, I met with the IT manager. I immediately felt we wouldn't get along. When they asked why I wanted the job, I couldn't give a genuine reason. The whole thing felt disorganized. Glassdoor reviews from Feb 2020 seem to back up the issues I noticed.

After an initial email screening, I had a phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting. The team was very friendly and welcoming! It was nice meeting the people I'd be working with and getting a feel for the office environment.

It kicked off with a phone screening. Then, there were 4 back-to-back in-person interviews with different teams. It was intense, but they did a good job of talking about the company culture and asking solid questions.
