First, there was a phone call with HR and the Marketing Manager. The second interview was in person with the senior leadership team. They asked a lot of detailed questions.

First, there was a phone interview. Then, an in-person panel interview happened. This panel had 6 people and they really dug into the technical qualifications on my resume. It seemed like they wanted to see how deep I could go into each topic. The number of people on the panel interview depends on how many specialties you claim. It was intense. After the panel, there was a short, more standard one-on-one with the hiring manager to get to know me better.
