The interview process was really well put together and moved faster than other places I was looking at. It felt like a good mix of not being overly tough, but still technical enough to show they could figure out if you could problem-solve and were smart. They seemed to look for core skills but valued eagerness to learn more than having the perfect background already. It started with a technical recruiter chat, then a chat with the hiring manager, followed by a five-person panel interview. The panel was preceded by a 15-minute presentation about a technical project I'd done. They also asked for references before extending any offers.

It was super smooth. First, a recruiter phone screen, then a chat with the hiring manager, and finally, a virtual interview. This last one had me doing a presentation and then about 3 hours of 1v1 chats. The whole thing, from the first recruiter call to the final decision, took just 7 business days! Huge thanks to Dan Leiser the recruiter and the hiring team for speeding things up because I had other advanced interviews. It really helped with my decision.

I had a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager screen (though the hm missed it). After that, there was a 3-hour panel interview that included a presentation, followed by a final onsite. They were helpful in speeding things up for me because I had other offers.

  • Can you describe a technical challenge you successfully resolved in a prior role?
