Global Supply Manager
The interview process began in early September and concluded by mid-October. The recruiters, hiring manager, and interview panel were all very professional and polite. I liked the interview process and I'm very excited to join the company.
- When would you choose to conduct an in-house sourcing request versus a vendor sourcing request?
Senior Manager
The last interview was remote and split into two parts. First, a 30-minute round table where I had to summarize my experience. Then, several breakout sessions (I think 5 in my case) with each person from the round table individually. The design of the interview was good. However, the execution had issues: the recruiter who was supposed to discuss the presentation deck didn't show up. Most interviewers were at least 5 minutes late. After the interview, it went silent for 3 weeks despite my follow-ups. I think this is partly because they don't prioritize interviewees and partly because they outsource recruitment. I ended up withdrawing my application.
- Mostly generic questions, not as technical as I had hoped, The one that stood out was how do you raise morale in your team.
Supply Manager
Interview process was a little in depth. Had the basic stuff like phone screen and hiring manager phone calls and then moved on to the panel. Panel interview consisted of a 25 minute presentation on a specific project from my past followed by 3-4 hours of group and 1:1 interviews. Company seemed great. If you don’t get the job, you will be ghosted. Good luck.
- Can you present for 25 minutes on a project where you scaled capital equipment and implemented an automation process?
