The phone interview felt a bit hurried and wasn't a very engaging chat. Even though I thought I was a good match for the job, it seemed like they were just checking boxes and didn't sound very interested.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

After applying, I had a phone screen within two weeks. A week later, I interviewed virtually with the hiring manager. About three weeks after that, I was invited for an in-person panel interview, which they covered all expenses for. This panel interview had 4 rounds and lasted 3 hours. It felt like a discussion rather than a test, and I spent a lot of time preparing for the technical aspects. The whole process felt genuine, aiming to get to know me as a scientist and a person.

So first there was this quick phone screening, then I hopped on a call with the director of the department via some telecommunications software. After that, I went in person to Forge HQ for a 3-hour panel interview which covered cultural, managerial, and technical stuff.
