I applied online for the Sales Leader position at Forever 21 after seeing an ad on Indeed. I got a call the next day to set up an interview, which happened a few days after that. The whole process was pretty simple. The questions they asked were about the current issues at this specific store. Nothing was surprising or hard to answer if you have prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail. The store didn't call me back afterwards, and I couldn't get in touch with the Assistant Manager who interviewed me. The job is still posted and unfilled. I found the interview experience a bit weird because of the lack of professionalism and because this store really needs more than just a Sales Leader to fix its problems.
