The interview process was super easy, I went in person to drop off my application, and they interviewed me the same day. The interview was conducted by two managers, one was the hiring manager and the other was the assistant manager.

I applied for other roles before and a recruiter reached out about one I didn't really know much about, but I was interested so I said yes. The recruiter then ghosted me and I couldn't get a response even after emailing multiple times. A few months later, I applied again online and got a call from HR the next day. I then spoke with two managers who asked pretty basic stuff. One of them threw in some technical questions I wasn't ready for. At the end, they gave me a small project to do. I haven't heard back since, so I'm not really expecting much from this company again.

I had a phone interview first to talk about my resume, then a formal interview at their headquarters. The formal interview was in a conference room with 2 people and felt more like a chat than an interview. It was only 45 minutes. I emailed them that day to follow up. They emailed me back a month later saying they hired someone else.
