I applied on the company website and got a response the next week to set up a phone interview. We picked a time that worked for us, but the recruiter missed it without telling me. We had to reschedule, and a few days later, a 'screener' called me. It was super quick, like 7 minutes. They asked why I was interested in Forever 21 and about a past job. Then, they told me about the job and what it involves. The recruiter asked if I was still interested, and I said yes. They said they'd send my resume to HR, and if HR liked it, I'd hear back. I never did.

The recruiter was super nice the whole way through. I had a quick 5-10 minute phone call with her to start. Then I went in for an interview with the manager I'd be reporting to, which felt pretty good. They called me back for a second interview, but the person interviewing me seemed totally checked out. They kept me waiting for 15 minutes and the interview itself was only 5 minutes long. She left before I could even ask anything, and my follow-up email got no reply. The recruiter eventually emailed to let me know they went with someone else.
