First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ForeUP.
Product Manager
I first spoke with the Chief Product Officer, then met with the dev team I'd be joining, and finally met the CEO. Had some really good chats.
- Can you describe a current user problem you're seeing in your job and how you're monitoring it?
Account Manager
Found out about the gig through a friend and we set up a phone chat for 2 days later. Had the phone interview on Friday and then went in on the following Tuesday for an in person meeting. Spoke with two of the current account managers and the director. It was a really good conversation with a few typical interview questions. After that, set up another phone call and was offered a position that Friday.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
- Describe a situation where you had to exceed your normal job duties to accomplish a task.
Engineering Manager
The interview process was well-timed and relevant. The interviewers knew enough about my background to make it engaging. The managers involved possessed a deep understanding of the industry and were open to addressing challenging questions.
- Can you share the most difficult situation where you had to decline something?
Anonymous
The first interview was a basic introduction, and the second was a relaxed conversation with the manager about the job. They mentioned they'd get back to me on a certain date, but then went silent even after I followed up.
- Tell me about your experience and knowledge within the golfing industry.
