The interview process was straightforward and everyone I interacted with was very professional. I appreciated being treated like an individual rather than just a potential revenue source. I definitely recommend looking into this company.

I interviewed for a role and thought I had a good shot, but it seems like HR didn't properly present my resume to everyone. They really wasted my time since they expressed interest, only for one of the hiring managers to reject my resume outright. It also took ages for HR to even give me any feedback. Honestly, I'm relieved it didn't proceed further, as the company reviews aren't that impressive.

Behavioral Presentation

They first emailed me to set up an interview. The next day, we had an hour-long chat, which went really well. A few days after that, they set me up for a panel interview with 4 other employees. It was a video conference, and only 2 out of the 4 showed up. That also went well. The day after, I got a message to talk again. We chatted for about an hour, and it went great. They mentioned they wanted to make a decision quickly. Two weeks passed, and after trying to reach them a few times, I've been ghosted. It was super weird. Their emails were great, and the conversations were good, so this was totally unexpected. It's really unprofessional not to follow up, even if I didn't get the job. Reading employee reviews now, it seems like there are some red flags. Makes sense. If this is how they interview, working there must be a nightmare. Watch out, other applicants! It seems like they don't even have an HR department, as no one from HR or a hiring manager was involved in this whole process.

I sent in my application and they got back to me super fast. They said they wanted to meet and were really flexible about when I could come in. The meeting went great, and we talked about my experience that's relevant. I followed up with them, and they also reached out. They ended up giving me an offer the week after. I decided to try and negotiate the salary a bit, and they listened to my request. I'm just waiting to hear back from them now.
