First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Foresight Mental Health.
Operations Coordinator
The first interview involved standard questions about work experience, a challenging professional situation I faced, and my motivation for working in mental health. The second interview had situational questions.
- What is your motivation for pursuing a career in mental health?
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- Please describe a challenging professional situation you've navigated.
Operations Coordinator
The interview process was pretty typical. There were a lot of situational questions, like asking how I would respond if a patient said a certain thing. They also asked about my goals for the company and my personal future goals.
- What motivates you to apply to this company?
- How would you handle a situation where a patient said ____?
- What are your aspirations for your career at this organization?
Operations Coordinator
My application was not even reviewed by their team, despite having the necessary qualifications. The response I got was, "we cannot give you any details at this time as to why we declined your resume." Kind of unprofessional, if you ask me. I'd say don't bother applying to this company if they aren't going to value your hard-earned credentials.
