Client Experience Analyst
I was initially contacted by a recruiter from the company about this role and then applied. The first interview was a 30-minute call with the recruiter. Then, I had a two-hour interview with two people via phone and video. The first interviewer spoke with me for an hour and a half, and the second for 30 minutes. During these interviews, they asked how I learned about the company and why I was interested, even though they had reached out to me first. The first interviewer asked me to analyze a small data table, but the information they seemed to want didn't quite align with the questions they provided. I gave a cautious analysis to avoid making unsupported claims, and honestly, I don't think the answers they were looking for could be justified by the data. I left feeling like I probably wouldn't get the job. They said I'd hear back by the end of the day, but I found out a few days later that I didn't get the position. Considering recent company news, I'm actually glad I didn't get an offer.

Network Engineer
Applied for the Network Engineer position on LinkedIn in March. Got a call from the recruiter the next day who asked about my experience and said she'd pass my resume to the Hiring Manager. The next step was a 30-minute phone interview with the Hiring Manager, who asked similar questions about my experience and suitability for the role. The recruiter then contacted me, inviting me for an on-site interview at their Ann Arbor office. Before the on-site, I had to complete an aptitude screening test. At the on-site, I met three people, including the Hiring Manager, and one other team member joined by phone. They mentioned the previous person in this role had left, and they needed to fill it quickly, with plans to hire another person later in the year. Despite many questions, there were few or no technical questions specific to the job. After a tour of the office, the recruiter said she'd follow up about the next steps. I received an email from the recruiter thanking me for coming in and stating the next step was a 30-minute phone interview with the Director of Infrastructure and Operations. This interview went very well, and I was optimistic. I followed up with the recruiter after a few days for a decision and was told they were still interviewing candidates and expected to decide the following week. A week later, I checked in again, and she said they were still interviewing. After two weeks, the recruiter called to inform me they had decided to hire someone else. I suspected this outcome after they took over two weeks to decide post-interview. The overall process was fast, and the recruiter was very responsive.

Research Analyst
I got a quick response after applying online. First, there was an HR screening call. Then, I spoke with a Client Team Lead on a separate call who went over daily tasks and asked more questions. After that, I had an in-person interview for an hour with a Sr. Satisfaction Analyst and a Client Services manager. Following that, I had two quick 15-minute chats with a Director of Client Services and the VP of Client Services. The last step, if you got that far, was to give a mock analytical presentation to everyone you met with over the phone. This was about 2 days after the in-person meeting.

Engineer
Applied online after a friend told me about the company. A recruiter reached out about 2 weeks later. Started with a phone screen to check compatibility. Then, I had an in-person with a manager and a technical person. Things were going well until I had to talk to two high-level execs who asked questions not related to the job. That part took another 2 weeks. A few days after that, I got a call from the manager and recruiter with an offer.
