I interviewed with Force Marketing for the Client Success Coordinator role. The initial interviews were set up fast and the interviewers were nice and professional. My background seemed like a good fit for the job, and even though it was supposed to be tough, it looked like a good opportunity. After the second interview, they mentioned they were hiring fast and would be in touch, but I never heard back. It was really disappointing and unprofessional not to get any follow-up. I've hired people before, and I'd never leave a candidate, especially after multiple interviews, without a response. I saw a lot of bad reviews on Glassdoor about their management and work environment, and my experience now makes me think they're true. The lack of communication and professionalism is telling. Even if they reached out now, I wouldn't take an offer, which is saying something in this job market. Force Marketing really needs to improve its hiring process and company culture.

Super easy process, I was blown away by this company! The ability to work from home is a big plus. The interview itself was pretty standard, not too hard though. Force Marketing is definitely a great place for career advancement and offers lots of room for growth!

I was contacted on LinkedIn and went to their office, but the interviewer was busy with another candidate in a glass room. After that, we talked, and she mentioned my experience pretty much guaranteed me the job. She said I'd hear back in 2 days via call or email. After 2 days, I heard nothing, so I called and was told to email. Still no response, so I emailed again a week later. They never got back to me, even with a simple rejection. It was a really unprofessional experience.

I started with the Art Director who told me about the job and we talked about my experience. They explained a typical day and I was asked about my ideal design role. Then, I met the entire Art Team and was given a design test to show my skills and what the work would be like.
