First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Force 3.
Marketing
The talent ops team was super quick to get back to me and kept me in the loop the whole time! First, I had a chat with HR, then I went through one interview and a panel interview with the people in the department. It was a really good experience and I felt pretty relaxed throughout.
- Can you share some past projects you've worked on?
Contract Administrator
I had a phone screen with HR, then a telephone interview with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager and the Director-level supervisor. After that, I waited two months for a rejection. This was only after they had upgraded and re-advertised the position, and despite my three follow-up inquiries about the status. The whole process was poorly managed, poorly executed, and lacked communication and organization.
- Can you discuss your background and previous experience?
- What kind of workload volume are you used to managing?
- Would you be open to working overtime when needed?
Technical Consultant
It was a long process. I liked talking to and meeting the people I would be working with. First, there was a phone call with HR, then a phone screen with an engineer. After that, we did an in-person whiteboard session, followed by a presentation, and finally a social interview.
- Tell me about your technical knowledge.
Director of Marketing
The hiring process was easy. The recruiter was wonderful and the people I met were great as well. It took a few weeks as schedules were hard to match up, but overall it was great.
- Nothing that I couldn't handle
