Marketing
The interview was great; I felt a good vibe with the interviewers and they were really positive and engaging. The company is big, but it felt surprisingly friendly and welcoming. They asked good questions that made me feel valued and let me talk about my experiences a lot. I left feeling really good about it and think I'd fit in well with the team and culture.
- What makes you want to join our company?
- What's prompting your departure from your present employer?
- Could you share more details about your background and experience?
General Manager
I met with the Global Sales Director and the Global HR Director. It was a pretty standard meeting, nothing too out there, and the vibe was good. We chatted for over an hour, mostly digging into my past roles and my vision for growing the company here. I laid out my plan, we discussed it, and I had to defend it. In the end, I didn't get the job because someone else had more experience.
- Can you present a business case for how you plan to develop the company?
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- How do you plan to develop the company?
Digital Marketing Manager
So, during the second interview, the recruiter hit me with some really unprofessional and weird questions. I'd put time into these interviews, but then I got ghosted. They didn't even bother sending a rejection. I followed up to see what was up, and they just said they hired someone else. I was hoping for some feedback on why I didn't get the job, but nope, nothing. It really says a lot about what this company values and their culture, you know?
- Can you describe your professional experience?
- Could you go over your resume with me?
- What drives you or what are your motivations?
Chemical Laboratory Technician
The interview was in a good atmosphere. They explained the company's business areas and what I would have to do. Then they showed me the lab. The company and my interviewer made a very good impression on me. However, I didn't really like the tasks in my area of work, and the commute would have been very long. So, I didn't pursue the position further.
- What are your salary expectations?
