The interview process has three steps. First, you'll talk with HR, then the Regional Manager, and finally the VP. The whole thing was virtual on Microsoft Teams. HR will ask you standard interview questions. The VP will want to know the specifics of your business, so be ready to share exact numbers. Did you exceed LY? By how much?

The recruiter reached out and I scheduled an interview. I drove over an hour to a restaurant to make it easier for the interviewer. I got there 15 minutes early, but the interviewers were almost 30 minutes late. They only called 20 minutes after we were supposed to start, and I was already in my car, about to leave. Once they finally showed up, the meeting went well. We had a good discussion and went over my past work. I was told I'd hear back by the end of that week, but I didn't get a call until the middle of the next week. Even though I was frustrated, a second interview was set up. This one was a phone call with multiple people. It happened on time, and the questions were thoughtful and diverse. After the call, I was told HR would contact me in 2 days. Five days later, one of the interviewers called with an offer.
