First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FOR Energy.
Brand Ambassador
The interview was very easy going and conversational. I went into the office and sat with the interviewer to discuss my background and what the job entailed. It seems like a good part-time role and I accepted the offer.
- How do you think your background would lead to success in this position?
Sales Representative
You get to know the company and what they prioritize during the interview. They are very clear that they want people who will represent the company name as if they owned it. You get a general overview of the company, its core values, the position, and compensation. If you like what you learn, they'll invite you to schedule a one-on-one interview to get all your questions answered. If you're a good fit for them and they're a good fit for you, you move forward.
- What are your top strengths for this role?
Sales Representative
I went to the interview and watched a video on the job experience. We all had questions then they picked the people they liked and took us back to do a 1 on 1 interview with the manager. He asked me what I wanted from my next employer and some pretty standard interview questions. He assured me that he thought I would be happy here and he was right.
- What is your biggest motivator?
- Would you describe yourself as having grit?
- Are there any personal hobbies you wish you had more time for?
Brand Ambassador
The interview was conducted over Zoom, and it was very quick and to the point. The vibe was good, and the team seemed awesome, though sometimes there's a lack of support. Driving to different locations can be tough with gas prices.
- Tell me about your understanding of our company.
