We did psychological tests, health tests and physical tests. The psychological tests included draws, a quick answer test, group dynamics, a one-on-one interview, and more elaborate tests with psychological observation. The health test also included an interview with a psychiatrist about our mental health. The physical tests assessed patience, how we deal with stress, and our capacity for handling things.
