First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at footprint Solutions.
Merchandiser
It's a great place to work. The district manager was wonderful and helped me learn and grow. The job was definitely fun and I got to meet a lot of great people. I could choose what jobs I wanted to take each month and there was a lot of working independently.
- Can you tell us about your previous work history?
- Do you have any prior merchandising experience?
Call Center Representative
My phone screen was great, so the face to face interview felt like just a formality. The hiring managers really wanted to make sure I was a good fit.
- I was asked about how well I work under pressure.
Retail Merchandiser
So after I applied, a recruiter called me within a week to go over the job details and what paperwork was needed, including the deadline for my drug test. The background check and drug test took about 5-10 days to come back, and then it was about another week before I started. It was all pretty straightforward. The best parts so far are being able to self-schedule and travel. Good luck!
- What is the maximum number of hours you can work per week?
- Are you able to provide your own reliable transportation?
Retail Merchandiser
The whole interview was done online using webcam recording. It started like an exam, where you'd click to start, a question would appear, and recording would begin with a countdown for you to answer. It was kinda uncomfortable for me, I would have preferred talking to a real person.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What can you bring to this company?
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
