First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Foot Levelers.
Customer Service Representative
I took the Wonderlic test first, and it went okay. Then, I had interviews for two different jobs. The people interviewing me were nice and gave me good feedback. I thought they were really considering me or maybe even wanted to make a role for me. I sent a thank-you note and followed up a few times by email and phone, but I never got a response. Months later, I saw two jobs that seemed perfect for me, but I didn't hear back after applying.

Human Resources
So I had a phone interview first, then an in person panel interview. After that, I was ghosted. It wasn't the professionalism I expected from them. I wouldn't bother with this team.
- What's your strategy for employee engagement?
Sales
I got a quick initial response, maybe a day or two, and then had an interview within a week. They said they'd follow up in the near future, but it's now been four weeks with no response.

Technical Support
I was hired part-time initially and then moved into a full-time role.
