HR responded quickly, indicating they needed to hire someone fast. The interview was by phone. The interviewer asked basic questions about my previous work. It was a bit impersonal but professional overall.

Presentation Behavioral

This was a complete waste of my time. Before I could even meet the team or hiring manager, HR required me to complete a presentation deck for a 6-month marketing plan. After receiving the deck, HR ghosted me and never provided any update on my interview status. It was a lousy hiring process, and my perception of the brand has turned negative because of it.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Prepare a presentation deck outlining a 6-month marketing plan prior to any interviews.

So, there were about 2 interviews, but then I got ghosted. First, the TA reached out for a quick 10-minute chat about the role and company. Then Interview 1 was with the Marketing Director, who was pretty experienced and asked some good, challenging questions. It felt like a fair interview, and I thought I'd be a good fit. Interview 2 was with the regional manager, who showed up 15 minutes late. They started by having me walk through my resume, but they kept asking challenging questions, almost like they were trying to trip me up instead of seeing if I was actually suitable. After all that, the TA ghosted me, and I didn't hear back even after following up a week later.
