I applied online and then had a phone screening. After that, I was given a business case study, which wasn't simple. Then came the first interview, followed by a second interview. Interestingly, I went through the interview process twice for two different roles and was given the same assessment. There's a chance you might not even pass the case study, so doing it felt like a waste of time.
