After submitting an online application and making several calls, I was granted an interview. It was incredibly short, only lasting about 5 minutes, the quickest I've ever experienced. The interview itself was straightforward; they mainly focused on checking my availability, specifically if I could work morning or late evening shifts. It seemed like if you weren't flexible with your schedule, you wouldn't be considered. I suspect this was the reason I wasn't hired, as my availability might not have matched their needs. In summary, it was an easy interview, but flexibility with your working hours is crucial.
