They gave us the questions ahead of time and were really big on being inclusive and welcoming, calling us "friend." But like so many places, they ghosted us even though they said there'd be a follow-up. They didn't even bother to reply to my follow-up email, which is just basic courtesy and professionalism. It was disappointing and rude.

I applied online through the company's website. My first interview was a 45-minute screening call with HR, and they emailed the questions in advance. I was told there would be more interviews the following week and that they'd keep me updated. It's been three weeks, and I haven't heard back.

The process began with an initial chat with HR, then a one-on-one with the Hiring Manager, followed by a content exercise, and finally a panel interview with the team. After investing a lot of time in this, there was zero follow-up. I sent multiple emails seeking an update but got absolutely no response. About three months later, the hiring manager finally got back to me and said they weren't proceeding with any of the final candidates. They've now reposted the job for the third time, suggesting they're unsure of their needs. This was the most unprofessional interview experience I've ever had. It's unacceptable to treat candidates with such blatant disregard, especially after they've committed so much time. A simple email response isn't difficult. Maybe they're swamped with growing pains, but there's no valid excuse.
