It was a good interview, and the way they asked questions was interesting. I think they're genuinely looking for recent graduates with no experience because they want to hire quality candidates. However, if you have significant experience, you could easily go work for a pharma/etc. company and get paid much more.

I applied online, which was easy, and got a call within two days. The interview process was quite thorough. First, I spoke with the lab manager at the location. Then, we toured the lab, and I had to complete a lengthy online exam. I thought it would be a comprehensive skills test, but it turned out to be more like an IQ test. It had specific instructions and was divided into sections like pattern recognition, vocabulary, and analogies.
