The interview process was really well-organized and informative. It felt like their values were really shown in the resort itself, and the employees and leadership team were great. You definitely feel valued going through the process.

I went through a company culture interview, where we were in a room with a lot of people, and they got to know our personalities and asked for our feedback on things. Sadly, I haven't heard back since then.

First audition was a "culture audition", watched a video about the company in a group setting. Second audition was to test table game comptency, I was tested on various games based on knowledge. Received job offer roughly one week after competency audition.

I attended a job fair and was told it would be a 15-minute interview. I ended up waiting outside in the sun for 1.5-2 hours in 90-degree weather. After about 30 minutes, they offered me water. Finally getting inside, I had two more interviews, which involved another 2-hour wait. They mentioned they had other candidates to see and that I'd hear back in two weeks. The parking situation was also a mess. Some people seemed to be there for follow-up interviews, but I think they got fed up and left. By the time I actually got to my interview, I was exhausted, sweaty, and felt nauseous.
