The interview process was really easy and calming for me personally. They just asked simple questions about customer experience and what I would do. They also asked about my VoIP experience. This was also a long time ago.

It was a typical sales interview for a fast-paced company, with one role-play conducted over the phone and a standard interview held at their office. I noticed several empty desks on the sales floor, which made me think they were in a hurry to fill the position.

I came in for a one day interview. After waiting at the front desk, I chatted with the HR lady who made me feel really comfortable. The first part was a 30-minute interview about my personality and customer service skills. Then, there was a second 30-minute interview focusing on my technical skills, with very basic Linux questions. Everyone was really nice and friendly, which made me feel super comfortable.

The interview was an hour long at their offices with the hiring manager. They asked standard questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'go over your employment history.' A good portion of the time was dedicated to discussing and demonstrating their unified communications platform. It was a good interview, handled professionally, and nothing out of the ordinary.
