I had a phone interview with HR about the role. They told me the salary range at the end which was lower than I wanted so I didn't continue.

The interview process was quick and simple. It involved two interviews: one over the phone and a second one on-site. Throughout both, I felt they were really open about how they make decisions.

I applied online and about two weeks later, I got an email for an interview. The phone interview went great, and they said I'd hear back in two days about the next steps. I sent a thank you email, then followed up a couple of times because I didn't hear back for almost 3 weeks. Super unprofessional, if you ask me. Finally, I got an email saying they decided to go another way, but if I was still interested, I should apply for a different position they linked. I asked more about that role and got ghosted again by different people after sending several emails, and I've never heard back. My advice is to not ghost people or leave candidates hanging. It's 2018, we're in a digital age, even an automated 'no' email would be fine. These bad reviews should tell your team and company something. Also, some of these reviews are obviously fake.

I had three phone calls (one with the recruiter, one with another Store Director, and one with the CEO). Then, I had two in-person meetings (one with the President, and another with the CEO). Since they are located in Boston, they covered my travel expenses to their headquarters for the in-person interviews.
