First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Foley & Mansfield PLLP.
Legal Assistant
The interview went very well, and the interviewer was very nice. It seems like a great company to work for with wonderful benefits. Looking forward to hearing back and proceeding with a future with the firm.
- Tell me about your previous jobs.
Attorney
I interviewed with 3-5 attorneys. It was a very basic and straightforward process with common questions. They really wanted to confirm I was okay with toxic tort and stressed that everyone at the firm does this type of law. The people seemed fine, but I never heard back. Not classy.
- Would you be alright with handling toxic tort cases?
Litigation Paralegal
This was a horrible interview experience. It was unprofessional and the offer was below market value. It was the worst interview experience I've ever had, and they gave me an insulting offer. I don't recommend wasting your time because there are so many other opportunities out there.
- What makes you want to leave your current job?
HR Specialist
I applied online and a few days later got a call to set up a phone screen. After that, I went to the Minneapolis office for an interview with two HR Generalists. A couple days after that, I interviewed with the HR Director.
- Can you talk about how your education and past work experience have prepared you for an HR role?
