Maintenance Technician
The interview process was really professional, but I felt comfortable. The manager was direct, professional, and gave me a lot of time to talk. She reviewed my past job history thoroughly. She also tried to make it a bit personal by asking about my hobbies and special interests.
- Can you tell me about your certifications?
Maintenance Technician
I had a test that was already partly done, and I knew all the answers anyway so it didn't matter. The supervisor took me on a walk around the property while he smoked. My second interview was with the Office Manager. The interviews felt really short.

Assistant Manager
So I had 3 interviews in total, it was with the property manager, district manager, and asset manager. The first interview was in person, then I had a zoom interview and last one was over the phone. It was okay overall but I felt pretty good about the in-person interview which made the next two easier!
- Can you describe your collection process?
Leasing Consultant
Had a really friendly chat with the property manager. They gave a good rundown of the job and the software we use. Got to ask questions and compare it to my current role. The second meeting was to meet the team and talk about our standing in the market.
- What's your experience duration in this field?
