The selection process included an abstract reasoning test, a case study review, and a video interview. For the interview, we used the STAR method to assess your professional experience and your motivations for the organization. This recruitment process was quite long for me, taking 6 months. The selection is strict because it's a competition, but the evaluation is very fair. The interview is conducted in front of a panel.

I went through a situational judgment test on the computer as part of a hiring process. The test involved several professional scenarios, and for each one, I had to respond using the symbols --, -, +-, ++ to indicate the relevance of the proposed action. During the test, I took my time to analyze each situation and think about the most appropriate response, aiming to be logical and consistent. After finishing the test, I found out I scored average. Unfortunately, this wasn't enough to be selected because the position was only hiring the top six candidates, and I ranked 180th.

First, there was a general screening which included a situational judgment test, a. inbox test, and abstract reasoning. This is where your general competencies were measured. Then, there was a job-specific test. This included numerical reasoning and deductive reasoning. This is where a number of job-specific skills were tested. Finally, there was the interview. This included some personality questions and some required skills were tested using the STAR method.
