Finance Manager
I started with good communication with some recruiters. Then I had a phone screen followed by an on-site interview. The interview itself seemed good, I got positive feedback and even got a tour of the office which looked cool with a positive workplace culture. It seemed like an exciting place to work. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the following week. When that time passed without hearing anything, I emailed for an update. The recruiter responded within a few days saying they'd have an answer soon but never followed up. I followed up again 5 days later, still nothing. Then I followed up another 5 days later. Nothing... it's really unprofessional and disheartening when companies ghost candidates, especially after they've made time for interviews. A simple rejection email takes seconds, and ghosting really shows a lack of respect for a candidate's time. This was otherwise an awesome company, but the ghosting makes them seem disorganized and like they don't value candidate time, which is a big red flag, even if it's a blessing in disguise.

- How do you handle stress? Are you someone who snaps, or do you remain focused?
Medical Recruiter
The FS recruiter reached out to me via careerbuilder. Started with a fairly easy and informational phone interview. I was offered an on-site interview for the following week. It began with basically a competency test followed by the actual interview with the hiring manager and the CEO. The former was incredibly nice and easy to talk to. The CEO on the other hand...he came off as very rude and condescending. He asked strange/unrelated questions. He would ask me to explain something on my resume and after a minute or two of explanation, he would look exasperated as if I had said entirely too much and it annoyed him. His phone went off several times. Now, I can understand that the CEO is a very busy person and I'm just a potential hire, but it really showed me how big of a priority I would be had I worked there. I was required to take a personality exam of sorts prior to the interview so that they could go over "what kind of person I am and if I would fit in the role". This was a very strange strange experience and honestly, the results and its addition to the interview didn't make much sense. Finished the interview off by going around the office and speaking with 2-3 potential coworkers. Everyone said the job "sucks" for the first year, which was very troubling to hear. I also found out most workers (around 30 in total) have been there for less than two years because they "couldn't handle it"....The entire interview lasted around 3 hours (which would have been a BIG problem had I been working at the time, luckily I wasn't).
- What do you know about the company?
- Tell me about something on your resume.
CT Technologist
The interview process was very professional and they were descriptive about what's expected. They have a wide network of clients across the U.S.A. and impressed me by keeping all of my qualities in mind and matching them with the clients' needs.
- What is your availability to start?
Recruiter
I applied on Indeed and got a call back in about two weeks for a phone interview. An office staff member asked me some basic questions. Then the manager reviewed my answers and decided whether to call me back. The manager then called me to ask more questions, and after that, I had a face-to-face interview at the office.
- Could you provide three words that describe yourself?
