They seemed to be looking for someone who presents professionally, as they're often the first point of contact for clients, and also to see if I'd fit in with the team at that specific office.

The interview process can go by fast if you're good at talking and seem like a people person. After you apply, a hiring manager will get in touch, and if they like you, you'll have to take and pass a test. The in-person interview won't be the hardest part as long as you speak up and answer everything they ask. Plus, the job itself will be easy for people who can read well and know basic math.

Posted my resume on craigstlist and heard back from them within a week wanting to set up an interview. Had somewhat of a phone interview where they made sure they knew the job was part-time but sometimes would be more than 40 hours a week when it got really busy. Went in and sat down with the manager who was very nice and friendly. No difficult or unexpected questions she just tries to get a sense of who you are and how you would fit in with the team already in place.
