Project Manager
I had to take an excel and writing test before the interview started. I spoke with the HR person and both project managers. It was a great interview experience. I felt very comfortable and everyone was extremely friendly.
- Can you describe yourself in three words?
Project Manager
It was a pretty simple interview process. The interviewer was polite and punctual. Before the interview, I had to complete a written test that involved replicating an Excel sheet and providing a writing sample in response to random questions. Afterward, we had a one-on-one discussion. An HR director was supposed to be there but couldn't make it.
- What is your understanding of our company?
- Can you describe your previous work experiences?
- How do you handle disagreements with colleagues?
Project Manager
I had a quick phone call with HR, then they invited me to the office. I had to do a short test using Excel and Word before my interview with HR and someone else from the company. The whole thing was very straightforward and open, with lots of communication. Everyone was nice, but the place felt a bit rigid and quiet.
- What is your approach to receiving and handling criticism?
- Could you provide an assessment of your proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Suite applications?
- Can you demonstrate your ability to adapt and quickly resolve issues as they arise?
